Upon your arrival in Tangier, whether by ferry or plane, our Moroccan driver will greet you and accompany you to Rabat, an old imperial capital known for its stunning domes, minarets, sweeping terraces, wide avenues, and green spaces.
En route to Rabat, we will pass through Larache, a town on the Atlantic coast that beautifully blends Andalusian and Arab influences.
Upon reaching Rabat, we will embark on a guided city tour to explore its main attractions. Here you will discover the picturesque Oudaia Kasbah, the medina with its vibrant souks, the Almohad ramparts, and the 17th-century Andalusian Wall that encircles the city.
Continue the tour to visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Chella Necropolis, where remnants of Roman and Islamic civilizations coexist, telling stories of centuries past.
Dinner and overnight stay in Rabat.
After breakfast, we will depart from Rabat and travel past vast agricultural fields to reach Meknes, Morocco’s second imperial city. Capture memorable photos of the imposing Bab El Mansour gate.
In Meknes, our city tour includes visiting the Harri Souani stables, the old medina, and the magnificent royal palace. We will then proceed to the sacred city of Moulay Idriss, where you can take some time to relax and soak in the beauty of this charming town.
Next, we will visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site—marvel at the well-preserved remains that offer a glimpse into ancient Roman civilization. Finally, we will head to the historic city of Fez for an overnight stay.
Today, you will explore one of the oldest cities in Morocco, Fez. You may feel you have traveled back in time as you wander through its labyrinthine alleys and narrow streets.
Our visit begins at the Royal Palace gate, followed by a visit to the Jewish quarter (the first Mellah), and Fez Jdid, a traditional market built in the 16th century. We will ensure that you visit all the culturally and historically significant sites, including the renowned Al Karaouine University, one of the oldest universities in the world. You will also explore the tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and the Moulay Idriss mausoleum.
After lunch, we will visit a tiles cooperative and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Medina of Fez, offering a captivating sight. Overnight stay in Fez.
Following breakfast, we will depart from Fez towards Tangier, passing through picturesque farmland and charming villages before reaching the impressive Rif Mountains.
En route, we will visit Chefchaouen, known as the “Blue City,” nestled between two mountains called Ech-Chaoua. Its narrow, steep streets, adorned with white and white limewashed buildings, are a photographer’s dream. Enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant with a scenic view of the Ech-Chaoua Mountains.
In the afternoon, we will continue the journey to Tangier, where you will be dropped off.
