    Can I get the refund?

    Certainly! You are eligible for a partial refund provided that we receive your cancellation in written form at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement date of your tour. Here are the refund details:

    – Cancellation received 4 weeks before the start date = 75% refund.
    – Cancellation received more than 2 weeks but less than 4 weeks before the start date = 50% refund.
    – Cancellation received less than two weeks before the start date = no refund will be granted.

    Can I change the travel dates?

    Yes, you have the option to modify your travel dates. Please note that you may be subject to additional charges, and it is your responsibility to cover these costs. It’s important to be aware that any price adjustments resulting from the change in travel dates are not the responsibility of Medina Tours.

    Do I need to apply for a visa?

    Many nationalities can obtain a visa upon arrival in Morocco. However, check the website of the Moroccan Consulate to be sure https://www.consulat.ma/en/list-countries-whose-citizens-are-exempted-entry-visa-morocco

    Do you have insurance coverage?

    We do. Being a licensed travel agency, we follow Moroccan law, which mandates us to maintain transportation and hotel insurance. However, we strongly advise all our guests to also obtain personal international travel insurance before their trip to Morocco.

    Do you accept deposit payments?

    We do. When you book a tour you are required to pay a 25% deposit to hold your spot. Until we have received your deposit, we will not consider you a participant on the tour.

    Which credit cards do you accept?

    All major credit cards except American Express.

    Do the tours include airfare?

    Only Hajj and Umrah tours include airfare in the listed prices. However, if you would like to have airfare included, we are happy to book your tickets for you and include them in the price you pay for the tour.

    Are meals included?

    It depends on the tour. The itinerary for each tour lists exactly which meals are included for that tour.
